In order to save our customers from having to pay higher shipping costs, we consolidate your Clean Up Crew where we can. A single culture of isopods is sold as a 10 count in a 3oz container. If you order a Clean Up Crew Pack we will condense isopods of the same species into a single 3oz container. Each 3oz container can safely hold 30 isopods. The total isopod count will be written on the lid of the 3oz container. Each species will be packed in separate 3oz containers.

Clean up crew pack specifically picked for Poison Dart Frogs. In a dart frog enclosure, having a solid amount of clean up crew  (especially springtails) is very important. Dart frogs will readily eat these small arthropods and it will encourage foraging and other natural behaviors. With the high humidity requirements of dart frogs, these arthropods will also aerate the soil, which is essential for long term terrarium health. The Poison Dart Frog Vivarium CUC included will break down the shed, and work with the BioShot to breakdown organic matter such as feces and other organic waste.

12"x12"x18" - 18"x18"x24": x3 Dwarf White Isopod Culture. x2 Tropical Springtail culture.

40 Gallon Breeder (36" x 18"): x5 Dwarf White Isopod Culture. x2 Tropical Springtail Culture.

Dwarf White Isopods - These isopods tend to stay deep in the Flora.  They will replicate themselves very quickly creating a great food source and soil aerator.  Approximately 10 - 15 mixed sized specimens per (x1) culture. 

Tropical Springtails - These larger springtails thrive in moist conditions and need a humidity of at least 30% to thrive.  These springtails will concentrate in all layers of the substrate and leaf litter promoting the organic matter breakdown in your vivarium. Dart frogs will also relish these springtails as a food source. Packaged in a 6 ounce container with at least a 10 day life cycle already established in the culture.
